• A dispute cannot be raised within 14 days from the date the payment was actioned by auctionchex
• A dispute must be raised within 28 days from the date the payment was actioned by auctionchex
• A dispute must be logged into the auctionchex Dispute Resolution Centre
• A dispute must also be raised under eBays Dispute Resolution Process provided that:
  a: The payment to the recipient is confirmed as received by auctionchex
  b: The payment type is covered by eBay's Standard Purchase Protection Programme

Details required for the auctionchex.com Dispute Resolution Centre

• The eBay auction number
• The registered eBay ID of both seller and buyer
• The auctionchex Payment Transaction ID number
• Your contact email address registered with auctionchex

Your entitlement for a succesful claim under the auctionchex Buyer Protection Program

• Full repayment less GBP15.00, or currency equivalent where a Paypal payment was made by auctionchex to your seller.
  (This GBP15.00 deduction is the same as eBays admin fee deduction for a succesful Dispute Resolution)
• The total claim does not exceed GBP120.00 (or currency equivalent)
• You have not created more than 3 disputes within 90 days
• Your seller cannot provide acceptable proof of delivery
• (Non Paypal payments made by auctionchex may be covered under the eBay Standard Purchase Protection Programme)

How it works !

• auctionchex will provide you with all required documentation to validate your payment to the seller,
  ........... enabling you to succesfully complete the eBay Dispute Resolution process
• Where auctionchex make a Paypal payment on your behalf to a seller for an eBay auction,
• We cannot raise a Paypal claim on your behalf, it is hoped that by use of our Dispute Resolution process both parties can communicate and resolve the dispute.
• If the dispute cannot be resolved within the prescribed time frame, auctionchex will review all the information entered into the Dispute Resolution Center and determine if a repayment to the buyer is appropiate.
