Hyperwallet Info

Our Hyperwallet service is for payment recipients who may have problems in accepting International payments. These problems often include high bank fees for individual International payments, and/or the inabilty to fully utilise online e-money systems such as paypal. Think of our Hyperwallet service as a 'virtual wallet' that can be used in many different ways.

(Please note that our Hyperwallet service is not an e-money service, we do not hold stored values or transfer e-money between user accounts. Monies added to a users Hyperwallet account are only held 'in suspense' until utilised for either new or existing Payment instructions or a withdraw request from an accumulated total of unique Payments made to a single user and added to their Hyperwallet)

Users can have payments sent direct to their AuctionChex HyperWallet by requesting payment senders to select 'add to Hyperwallet' as an option when creating a new transaction in our Payments section. Those payments, once confirmed will be added to the users hyperwallet in the currency received (GBP, USD, EUR or ZAR). A 'handling fee' of 2.75% will be deducted at the time of input, with NO fees for the buyer.

Users can also arrange for their USD cheque payments to be mailed direct to AuctionChex, using a suggested address format of:
Your Name, UserBox xxxxx (use any 5 random number/letters) Dept HWS, PO Box 302, Southport Merseyside, United Kingdom. PR8 2FR

Other uses of HyperWallet including the encashment of cheques where the payee name is different than the bank account holders name, such as an eBay buyer paying by cheque and making the cheque payable to your eBay user ID or ebay store name.

Hyperwallet users will clearly see their respective cleared balance in each of the four acceptable currencies, as well as any pending values, users can also transfer all or part of a cleared balance of one currency to another currency.

A request to withdraw from a cleared balance is again done on line, users can request all or part of their cleared balance to be sent , by either cheque in their own currency (USD or GBP only), or request a bank transfer, thus making a considerable saving on bank fees for International payments. Please note, any bank transfer fees will be deducted from a requested balance, for GBP or Euro transfers to a UK or Eurozone bank, there are NO fees, for USD transfers to any bank worldwide, these will be charged at cost, normally about GBP20.00 or currency equivalent.
